The real problem

It's never the work.
It's the answering.

The homeowner books whoever answers first. Most owners never see the jobs they lose.

The 10-in-30 promise

One promise. In writing.

10

homeowners booked on your calendar for an estimate in your first 30 days of ads, or your setup fee and first month back.

A booked estimate is a homeowner on your calendar with a name, an address and a time. The ads, the ad account and every lead stay yours.

All you do: keep the ad budget on for the full 30 days ($1,500 a month for concrete, $600+ for other trades; fence and epoxy: 5 booked estimates on $900), call back and quote within 48 hours, and keep your calendar open. The 30 days start when your ads go live. Ad spend paid to Meta is never refunded. The agreement also asks for payment on time and a minimum job and service area agreed on the call. Everything is in the agreement.
